Adverse Reactions
1% to 10%:
Cardiovascular: Flushing (3%), palpitations (≤2%), tachycardia (≤2%), peripheral edema (1%)
Central nervous system: Headache (4%), dizziness (1%)
Endocrine & metabolic: Increased gamma-glutamyl transferase (1%)
<1%, postmarketing, and/or case reports: Abdominal pain, allergic dermatitis, angina pectoris, anxiety, cardiac failure, chest pain, diaphoresis, diarrhea, drowsiness, dysgeusia, dyspepsia, dyspnea, fatigue, gastrointestinal disease, gingival hyperplasia, hypercholesterolemia, hypersensitivity, hypotension, impotence, increased serum transaminases (reversible), insomnia, leg cramps, malaise, migraine, myalgia, myocardial infarction, nausea, orthostatic hypotension, paresthesia, periorbital edema, polyuria, pruritus, skin rash, syncope, urinary frequency, urticaria, vertigo, vomiting, weakness
