Current World Shipping Situation:
Due to Covid, and the lack of commercial planes flying, Orders sent from India might be double or longer old time, which can mean 4 weeks or more. Orders might arrive faster. Kindly understand the new world situation due to the virus we will get everyone’s order to them as fast as we can.
Mail works in this fashion now, mail is sent to the shipper, where it sits waiting for a full plane load, when there is a full plane load to each particular country, then a cargo plane is hired and it carries mail, at that point mail is usually scanned. Mail then arrives in each country and sits for days, weeks, or longer to allow any virus to die off packages, the length of time depends on your country and can vary. Mail then is sorted and processed at your country with staff that is working at 33 to 50% of normal capacity so times are much slower.
We can not control the ship times nor push the mail faster.
Reshipping of orders:
Pre Covid Virus rules on reship was that at 30 days of no updates on tracking we could reship for free. As every postal service is claiming Force Majeure“Not their fault” for the current world shipping time frame, the post Covid rules on reship are as follows: If items do not update for 30 days we can file a TRACE on the package with the postal shipper, we must give them time to review the case then they will notify us on the reship. They might ask for a little longer depending on your country and what they find out or they might say go ahead and reship.
We will be here and we do honor our reship program, but we must work within the current world situation and allow the post offices extra allowance of time to find the packages or sort out the conditions as to where your mail is so we ask your understanding that the world is in unprecedented times and conditions that greatly affect shipping conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction from where Products are shipped to Customer (unless GENERICONLINEMEDICINE elects otherwise in its sole discretion), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction from which Products are shipped to Customer (unless GENERICONLINEMEDICINE elects otherwise in its sole discretion).
General
By accessing this website and buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and us. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions.
